质量技术员岗位的基本职责
1.负责新项目产品的FAI 测量，确保检测报告的准确性和及时性。
2.确保检测仪器的合理使用率。
3.制作测量SOP/WI。
4.与新项目工程师沟通，协调处理新项目前期，产品尺寸测量方法，测量夹具等相关问题，以确保双方测量上达成一致。
5.协助CQE客户质量工程师处理客户投诉事宜。
6.对IQC/IPQC/FQC/GP12 人员进行测量培训事宜。
质量技术员岗位的基本职责
岗位职责：
1，负责PCBA量产产品和NPI项目的质量改善，异常分析与处理
2，根据客户的要求制定PCBA质量控制计划与编写检验文件
3，处理PCBA质量问题的客诉并确保纠正措施的有效执行
4，主导PCBA制程质量问题的分析，检验与纠正措施的跟踪
5，协助SQE分析原材料异常及跟进供应商改善
岗位要求：
1，有三年或三年以上SMT工厂质量工作经验，有二年以上的产品质量管理经验
2，熟悉IPC-610标准
3，熟悉8D问题处理的逻辑
4，善于沟通协调与异常跟进，熟练维护内外部门的关系
5，有简单的英语听读写能力，可以英语书写交流
质量技术员岗位的基本职责
Directly report to QE leader; 向质量主管汇报工作
Assist QE with quality claims investigation and process verification; 协助质量工程师完成品质投诉调查及制程确认
Production workmanship/mat'l/process monitoring and findings reporting; 生产工艺、材料、制程的监控及发现问题及时汇报
Failure analysis/Quality data collection/CA implementation following up; 失效分析、质量数据的收集汇总;跟进改进措施
Work in parallel with QC team to verify QC findings and push for quick solution from CM. QT for quick solution. 与QC团队平行合作，核实QC发现的质量问题，并推动合约制造商快速提供解决方案
About 6 years relevant experience of process quality engineer in SMT/W.S/Box build; 6年左右SMT/W.S/Box build制程品质管理相关工作经验
Familiar with IPC, quality tool, and 8D approach; 熟悉IPC, 品质管理工具 及8D 方法
Experience of conducting internal audit in SMT production; 具有针对SMT生产实施内审相关经验
College degree with engineering background; 大专以上学历，工科背景
Good in written English; 英语读写良好
Excellent communication and reporting skills. 优秀的沟通和汇报技巧
质量技术员岗位的基本职责
Job Descriptions:
按时制作、分析原材料基板研磨切片，完成分析报告并确保数据真实可靠。
Finish the incoming laminate structure analysis and prepare the analysis report on time, ensure all the data is reliable
按时完成半导体元件进料检查并制作分析报告。
Finish the incoming inspection of semiconductor and prepare the inspection report on time
检查及确认原材料COC数据并进行数据分析。
Check and analysis the raw material COC data
协助工程师完成其他原材料的相关分析。
Assist other raw material analysis and inspection
5. 定期完成原材料相关质量报告。
Prepare raw material related quality report regularly
6. 完成主管安排的其它工作。
Extra work arranged by supervisor
Qualifications:
1. 中专及以上，电子类、计算机相关专业 At least technical secondary school degree in mechanical or electrical discipline.
2. 熟练使用MS-office，基本的英语交流。Skilled in MS-office, and have basic English communication skill
3. 了解电子元件基本知识。Basic knowledge of semiconductor components is preferred
4. 两年以上电子或相关领域工作经验，对于大规模生产和产品质量的分析控制有基本认识。At least two years working experience on electrical or related field, Know the basic knowledge of mass production and product quality control method.
5. 能够接受上运转班。 Willing to accept the shift work.
